Refund policy

At Dhir Crockery House, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once purchased. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dhircrockeryhouse@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and, if applicable, provide a suitable resolution.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or reported after the specified timeframe will not be eligible for replacement or support.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by Dhir Crockery House are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
